I was born in South Korea but I grew up in Chatham, New Jersey and graduated High School back in Korea at Seoul Foreign School. Some of my hobbies are writing (journalism or creative), exploring new music genres, or watching TV shows like The Office or Black Mirror. Hi! My name is Aichem Malubay. I'm a sophomore studying pre-med as a Molecular Cellular Biology major. My hometown is Joliet, Illinois which an hour south of Chicago but I was born in the Philippines. Some hobbies of mine are listening to music, watching TV shows/movies, learning about languages, and playing video games on my PC. I enjoying hanging out with my friends and eating out. My favorite restaurant and place in Urbana-Champaign is Golden Harbor. I'm a very open-minded person and I'm really excited to meet you all and learn more about you!

I'm a 4th-year student and this is my 2nd exchange program but first time in the states.
