My name is Elwood, and I am an Civil Engineering student from the University of Melbourne in Australia. I finished my first year of my Masters in 2018. In my free time, I enjoy playing music and sports such as tennis. I also teach the banjo in my spare time, and go to jams and festivals as well as play in a bluegrass band occasionally. I hope to meet other domestic and exchange students here and do some fun and social activities together.

Music occupies a better part of my time - which includes sharing my favorites with friends and exploring theirs. If it's Jazz, even better. I also enjoy reading in my spare time. Hi, I'm Joy. I am a graduate student in bioengineering. I come from Shanghai, China and I have lived in Germany for 5 years when I was a little girl. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends, baking and watching movies. I love animals and I cofounded an animal care student association when I was doing my undergrats in China. I was a GLOBE member last semester and had a great time. I am looking forward to discover more exciting activities with you guys!

My name is Mandeep. I am a law student at UIUC for Spring-2019 semester. I am from India. I like making new friends and hanging out with them at places apart from bars and pubs. I don't like going to parties much but I like spending time with friends on campus places such as recreation centers etc. I am interested in learning new languages. Music is my primary interest both in terms of listening and playing. I consider myself an open-minded, friendly, sociable person. I enjoy learning from others' experiences and helping out whenever possible. I hope (and wish) to learn a lot about you and enjoy every single time we spend together.
